- The cast iron Vortec heads GM part# 12558060 have fast burn 64cc chambers, 1.94" intake valves and 1.50" exhaust valves. Stock semi-dished pistons with thin gaskets will give you about 9.5:1 compress

- I believe the color you are referring to is Cream Medium. My '53-'54 color chips list the "Duco" number as 34 and the "Dulux" number as 93-530 There is also a "Dulux" stock, order and code number 246
