- Several years ago I bought a NOS harness for my 62 4/4 which included the dash lights, switches, etc. The turn is green, charging red and the high beam blue. Try WD 40 on the erratic switch. Neil Ori

- Before trying to set the carb, check your timing. Weber downdrafts are very easy to set but the timing, points & plugs need to be right first. The backfire sounds like timing. Neil - 62 4/4 GT
