I weld on some tabs and rivet the panel to the tabs. I like to buy pre-manufactured tabs to make life easy. You could also use those looped strap clamps (maybe called Adel Clamps) and rivet or bolt t

I would also suggest the technique of welding tabs to the frame and then either use pop rivets or small screws to attach the firewall. I would not rivet directly to the frame. In the past, we have ha
