lube it. Be ready to R & R it. you could try checking the torque settings of the half shaft nuts. the figure is very high, something like 135 ft/lbs and can normally only be obtained by using a 3/4

re the clutch...check the pin betwixt the pedal and master cyl...if it is worn and the pedal and pushrod holes are ovaled out, you can loose a huge amount of clutch travel. Otherwise...air in lines o
