- My uneducated opinion is that the throwout bearing is just slightly rubbing on the "splines" of the pressure plate. Back off the throwout bearing just a bit and I'll bet your clicking goes away. Ton

- original-style throw out bearing. easily audible. It stops when ANY pressure is applied to the clutch pedal. There is a bronze bushing in the pivot point of the clutch release arm. when this bushing
