Well I wouldn't be too quick to replace the oil pump - they aren't typically a big wear item, and from the recent discussion, the new ones available may be inferior to the old ones. I'm not sure what

Yes, wouldn't it be nice to have the whole car rebuilt for about $4500? I'd be camped on his doorstep.. No, it's the engine only. Everything, top to bottome, done right. They won't rebuild the engine
