- Is it recommended to replace the damper oil with fresh mineral oil? Or just top off? Is seems that the stuff can get pretty old and worn out. Whats the standard service around that part? Q Jay Quinn

- Shoot! I'm confused already! I assumed lever-shock oil in the original post but the first thread sounded like the dashpot. Which is which and what goes where? My guesses: Lever shocks; motorcycle fro

- Well, you can buy damper oil if you like (Penrite make a lever arm damper oil in a 1 litre bottle). Moss sells damper oil too I believe. Do not use ordinary engine oil. Firstly, it will be the wrong
