Hello list, I need help with a question. My brake switch is not working as of three days ago. The lights will come on if the contacts are crossed on the back of the switch, so there must be a problem

T types and those in MGA's can't be fixed. They work off the hydraulic line pressure. If that is the type you're talking about, you'll need a new one. Blake

You can take the switch apart and have it cleaned thoroughly with white spirit from the outside. Before doing so the outside of the switch should be very clean, otherwise you may flush dirt inside th
