Since it's stripped, why not take it to the machine shop. Have it baked, blasted and repainted. The baking should loosen the oil pump. The block will look like a brand new casting when they are done

I ran into the same thing last week. So, dropped the crossmember. Laid the thing on its side on the work bench, and beat the linign sh*t out of it. Didn't have any Penetrating oil, so had to use WD-

If the bolt is stuck, and we grind off the head, doesn't that still leave the body of the bolt stuck in the middle? I guess, at that point you could BFH it from either side, or remove the shock arms
