I assume you are using Internet Explorer. Main Menu -> Favorites-> Organize Favorites .... don't use the submenus..... The Favorites window opens. Use the mouse to drag and drop to whatever position

It's an Adjusting Tool, not a deconstruction tool. If you are ripping into a rustpile restoration job, it would not be the tool of choice. The "ease" part is that it doesn't hang up on all the other
