Looks like the radiator was moved forward in model year 1977. Apparently begining production about Mid 1976, or as Lawrie has it car #410001. Thanks Jerry, Tyson, Lawrie, Bob, Larry, Craig, and John.

Barney I don't know about the new ones but the 63 amp alternator that was used from about 1971 to about 1985 is available from any parts store for around $30.00. And I believe they are "serviceable"
