Well I checked the second fuse from bottom tonight, and it was definitely burned out - don't know how I missed that yesterday. The not-so-DPO apparently had used a 15A fuse. After replacing it with a

My 79 B used to do the exact same 'torquing' whenever I sped up or slowed down. The easy fix was just to tighten the nuts that hold the plates and rubber pads on to the rear leaf springs. The Mosss c
