Have you looked for fuel leaks? Its possible that when the engine is running, and the fuel system is presureized, that you have a small leak somewhere. Make sure you check with the engine running....

Its been said that the bolt on rollbars offer little/no protection in case of rollovers... Most of them are bolted only to the sheetmettal, and not the frame, and will pull out under extreme pressure
