There is a product called black chrome. I have used it on the bumpers of our Volvo and on various black parts of the MG (not on its bumpers, however, since it's a '66). I'll look up the brand tonight

I don't have the manual here and I don't know what year your MG is, but the oil comes out of the dispstick opening because your crankcase is under a greater than atmospheric pressure. That means that
