A quick trip to Wal-mart yielded an MGA an MGB and a bugeye. Thanks for the tip. They also have an XK and a triumph. Sam's club members should keep an eye on the larger die cast models at the store.

Yes, it would be nice to know which carb we are discussing. The side draft DCOE does have an idle mix adjust. When you adjust idle mix on any carb, you are not really tuning it, you are just tuning

Might also inspect all the tubing associated with the PCV system and vac canister if installed. Mine had one port on the vac canister open to God's good world and the tube off the valve cover broken
