What is the "proper" piping arrangement for the front valence on a TD. Does it stop at the end or make a right angle turn to continue to the radiator shroud? Have seen it both ways. MKL

Putting my TD hood back together, but forgot how the latch mechanisms are installed. I think the rounded part of the spring should point forward and should be opposite the raised part of the channel.

Had the same problem. IMHO the wide V goes closest to the engine; the shorter, rounded one is forward. Even though I made notes before I removed mine and saw what I thought were the marks in the orig
