- The pump is too big or the regulaor is too small. You pick. The pressure is probaly greater than 8 lbs. as well the 1 dollar gauge that comes with most regulators is worth something less han the 1 do

- Try taking off the return line temporarily and put on a short, large diameter hose that's routed to a 5 gallon gas can. Fire up (bad choice of words here) the fuel pump and see if the regulator is a

- What model # is the Aeromotive pump. My son Lincoln who drives our roadster is building a street hiboy 32 roadster with 2x4's on 6-71 etc and has an Aeromotive pump and certainly doesn't want that p
