I think the lowest gear I have heard of is a 2.47.

We are currently running 2.41's for Bonneville, and a bulletproof set of 2.90's for Maxton and El Mirage, but would like to find a lower set than the 2.41's for Bonneville since we can't rev the moto

I understand that 2.27s were made for the Ford 93/8 rear end used in some!!! 66 to 7l Lincoln's and T-Birds. Call Moser and let us know what you find out. The 9 3/8 inch gears will fit a 9 " housing

I'd have trouble bringing myself to grind through the Imron and the rear end brace I so lovingly skip welded over the course of 2 days as to not distort the housing after Moser sent it to me. I'm beg

Have you checked with Wayne Atkinson in Teton, Idaho? He is building a new quick change and is a good rear end man ... tied in with Tex Smith in Driggs, ID for some magazine technical editor things
