Straight line stabilty comes from positive caster, go to the maximum specs. This will also produce a favorable camber change as the wheels are steered for a turn. Set the toe to the "desired setting

You get a good grade on your calculations, but don't top-out at 180. At 212, it take 960 BTUs per pound to boil water so it would take a massive amount of heat to boil out your 40 G. You can get by
