- I am baffled (not unusual). Is the heater return pipe along the top of the engine supposed to be natural copper color on the 100? I have also seen it silver, engine green and black. What is the vote

- No need to be fussy about that. The factory certainly wasn't. A medium silver paint that was hand brushed and often had streaks and hardened drips on the underside of the pipe was not uncommon. Rich
