- Are you using fresh gas. If it is old, that could be your problem. You can also use Starting Fluid (very sparingly) after you crank it up several times to get oil pressure up. Bill BJ7 healeys@autox

- Had the same problem with both of mine on my BJ7. I took the rivets off, opened it up, cleaned the contacts inside and outside checked the continuity and cleaned the adjusting bolt. Held it together
