Try PEP valves in the USA. They make lovely 1 piece stainless valves for lots of things/ We used their blanks to make some 2500 triumph race valves recently Terry & Cindy Road & track Australia

Gees, I've opened up a long thread here. Buttons are not hard to make, mush as Kas suggests. I run a machine shop and do them , but they are time consuming and that has to be added to a customers job

I have made buttons that come out to the piston edge. They will contact the bore as the gudgeon pin moves (which it does under load). I'm happy to hear from others who might make them differently. Th
