Check the ground wire from the trailer to the Roadster. You mush have a good ground to get everything to work correctly. What I think your Roadster has is a tail light and a separate stop/turn light

Looks like someone set the engine in, hen noticed that there was no room for the radiator. There is no choke or throttle cable, and no fuel lines. I'd bet that the drivetrain is just sitting in there
