Kevin, my guess is that when you changed the fuel filter, some trash made its way to the needle valve in your float chamber. Disassemble the float chamber and check the incomming line for the trash.

My only problem w ABS brakes are they are built for people (the majority I am afraid) who do not know how to use brakes. The trick is to not lock up brakes, and I would rather trust my driving skills
