Could make a flexible mold with silicone, and pour up the part in a flexible urethane or a clear silicone. But to get the bubbles out, you'd need a vacuum chamber.. OR you could grt Phill Hall to cut

You can make a plaster mold, or for a more furable stone mold use dental stone (you can get it mail order from Davis Dentral in North Hollywood, CA (800) 842-4203. and use some burlap to reinforce it

I installed my own clips, and it wasn't bad. I used a white china marker (grease pencil) to mark the locations of the posts. The metal strip in the rear and the steering wheel pocket will help locate
