- I had a nice set of Cibie lights on mine, but the silver eventually flaked off. Since they are no longer made, I shopped around and ended up going with a rather inexpensive "Autopal" "autolite India"

- I've got my 1970 2-liter in a brake shop. The mechanic said that the pinion seal is "really bad," and wants to know if I can locate the part. A local guy that I trust says that it's a fairly standard

- I brought my '70 2000 in to the brake shop because the parking brake would no longer hold if I applied in on a hill (and I've got a gnarly one between office and home). Shop says I need rear brakes.
