- My 67.5 has shoulder belts bolted into the holes on the wheel wells. I haven't pulled them out to see if there is a nut inside the wheel well, or if the holes are threaded. I will also check my parts

- Sounds like your car is running on battery, instead of the alternator. I will guess that you will have to either jump the car or put a battery charger on it before you can get the car to turn over.
