- There are a couple of things can think of to cause this. First, if you put the trans in neutral and rotate the input shaft does the output shaft rotate? If so, the trans is in one of the forward gear

- Positive ground radios shouldn't be a big problem, at least they weren't several years ago. When most cars went to 12V negative ground there were still plenty of cars with 6V negative ground and 12V

- There are DC/DC converters available in the electronics fields. I would have to see what current rating is needed before I could select one. They are very common, but the price may be more than folks

- I took my crank pulley off last weekend by putting the car in 4th (or 5th is you have one) and using the emergency brake. Worked fine. It won't put any lod on the timing components as the drive line

- Pulsations generally mean that either a rotor is not of constant thickness and when the pads hit the high spot they push back, causing the petal to move up. Same for drum breaks if the drum is out of
