- Well, a trip to the Nissan dealer for front wheel bearings was a tad disappointing as they can't get me the wheel bearings. Off to the VW import store we went and I gave them the Nissan numbers. 3844

- Thanks for all the answers. The suspension was all apart and the ball joint bolts were out. I just wasn't sure if it had been pressed in.

- You can do it by yourself. Use a tie rod end removal tool (u-shaped)instead of a fork to separate the joints. If you decide to remove the arm from the steering unit you may find it has to be pressed
