If most of your tooling is 3/8" drive, stick to that type torque wrench. You can always adapt up to 1/2" with minimal if any value differences. If you loosen bolts with it, have it re-calibrated. I w

When I did mine, I removed them from the car and disassembled them. Painted them gloss black, put them back together, replaced the bushings and reinstalled. They look very nice, a clean stock look.
