I never took the body of my TR3 off the frame. My frame is in very good shape. Be carefull about sand blasting large sheet metal panels. The cand can beat them into a new streached shape. Dick Nyques

The 3 body can be lifted off a frame and carried around by 2 people. Surprisingly, this is true even if there is significant rust in the sills, floors, etc... Leaving the doors on should only add to

This seems like serious overkill, unless the sills are REALLY trashed. I carried my spitfire body all over creation with no supports, no doors, and no damage - one person on each corner.
