Usually once you try "washing" a stain out with any kind of standard laundry detergent, the stain is fixed and it's pretty much over with. Still, it always worth a try. Here's what has worked for me.

<Lurk mode off> When I built my house, the best thing I did was put a mud/ laundry/ bath room just inside the back door. That way I don't track dirt into the house and my shop clothes aren't anywhere
