- I have a '73 TR6 which will slowly idle down and die when the engine has been running for some time. In the mornings I have no problem with it, starts up and I'd let it idle for a couple of minutes b

- I heard somewhere (maybe here?) that the use of synthetic oils in older cars, my '73 TR6 in particular, may lead to some damage. I remember some discussion that the new synthetics could "eat" rubber
