Hi all, I'm having a problem with my charging system that I hope someone will be able to guide me through. I replaced my battery recently and, after only a couple of weeks, the new battery was dead.

Actually the voltage should be someplace around 14.5 volts. Older alternators sometimes don't kick out much charge below 2000 rpm. try revving the engine slightly and checking the voltage. If there i
