According to the Jan. 1998 issue of Brickline, the gas tank is AMC part no. 4488034 from a 1974 Gremlin. Also the part no. from American Parts Depot for the sender is 812-5394 ( possibly an AMC part

That sounds like a smart move. I droped the tank on my friends 74. The filter on the end of the pick up was so clogged it couldn't suck and gas. In addition the sending unit was eaten up. I believe
