You can run an emissions legal header, a cat, and then a cat back exhaust A cam is not an engine management system, it is part of the engine drivetrain. Replacing that will place you in SP or SM. A c

You would also need the 15X10 wheels and the M&H Slicks, plus a 98" wheelbase and about 800 lbs. All do-able with that tube frame you have. ;^))) Jesus
