- I can suggest where you should _not_ take the car -- Cochran & Celli Mazda in Oakland. The interior fan in my RX-7 broke a few years ago and they "fixed" it under warranty. That is, they misdiagnosed

- Well, presuming the 99 is still under warranty, I think he might be better off taking into to a dealer rather than an independent. Oaktree Mazda had my '91 twice, both times it left the dealer in bet
