You can only bolt in your roll bar or roll cage and still be legal in Stock or even Street Prepared. If you weld it in you are automagically bumped to Prepared. IMHO, this is wrong and even dangerous

No I thought they both could only be bolt-in in Stock. But it really doesn't matter much since a roll bar in an enclosed car is typically not much good, at least to me. The issue with 944-type cars
