I have a series III dist on my fresh 1725. I had a machine shop lengthen the drive on the oil pump. Did this by donating an old oil pump and letting them cut it up. Paul Colorado

remember that the slot in the oil pump drive is slightly offset. Make sure they get it back to the exact loctaion/postion.
