I tried this and it just wasn't worth the effort. You must modify the bracket that holds it in the car and make the hole bigger where it attaches to the latch. After I did all that it did not operate

Huh? That doesn't seem right. How does the head breath with an intake only, what, 1.2"? I can't recall the stock size, I seem to recall about 1.4" for the intake & 1.2" for the exaust. CNA
