- The symptoms you are describing are all consistent with a lumpy camshaft. I looked up the specs for the GP2 camshaft, and IMHO it is too much if you want a decent idle. When you added the 1.65 rolle

- I think I am narrowing down my problem. I now have a reasonable (I expect some lumpiness) idle at 950-1000 rpm and good acceleration. Even with my miss. What I have found/done so far: - cracked dist

- I am running ZS carbs with modified needles. I agree my problem is ignition related, the GP2 cam seems to be very nice for street use, very smooth when the timing is right. I am chasing an ignition
