I have seen cable tensioners used to tighten slack cables, but I do not know where to buy them They are a curved V shape made of formed metal with an indent in the center where a bolt pushes the cab

Neil--Just to be sure your rear brakes are adjusted properly, you should be able to "lock the wheels from turning" with the adusters. If you can lock them, then back off on the adjusters a couple of
