- Vance--I've never tried this myself, and am in no position to doubt Mr. Vizard. It is written that one can "turn over the cam sprocket" and there will be a timing difference of "one or two degrees."

- Dick- good thought but too easy. I used Vizard's manual when doing my top end and in chapter 24, he refers to rotating the sprocket 90 degrees a couple of times. His remedy for a crank error of 4.3 d

- Just for clarification, on the original TR6 cam sprocket (aka chainwheel), there are two sets of holes. If you draw a line bisecting the two holes of each pair, you should see that one pair bisects
