I did it the way Irv describes except I also removed my tach to get a little more room. With the TSI S/S line you can't get it on without removing the OP gauge from the dash as the heater gets in the

Bruce--If concerned about the possibility of this pressure line failing, short of replacing this line with a new one, it's good to carry a 1/8 inch pipe plug in the car with your other 'spare' parts.
