There is another factor here: There were 2 different clutch systems supplied. I cannot for the life of me remember which years had what, but there were both Laycock and Borg & Beck clutches fitted to

Mark, the Laycock was the easier one to push. The threads on both masters are the same. The fitting likes to mushroom after the first installation, making it a bugger to re-install. Jim Franks ______
