- Sounds like the needle valve is stuck open. Check to make sure the float swings free and is buoyant. Also check for trash in the needle and seat as this will not allow the needle to seal correctly.

- I've been through this on my car and here's what I did: Master cylinders: I sent my brake and clutch masters to Apple hydraulics. They will resleeve (using brass sleeves) and rebuild you cylinders.
