- that's a very early 73 american spec car, built in late 1972, perhaps december. CF 1U was built on September 11 1972; CF 4029U was built on Jan 2, 1973, according to Piggott's Origianl Triumph Tr. PI

- i've heard that the rocker feed kit is a good idea; bad execution. what i have heard is that it adds plenty of oil to the top of the engine, which, while the car is off, drips down into the cylinders
