I also had the "u-bolt" type alloy mounts (Moss, I believe) and found one mount cracked in only a couple of years. I now have the Goodparts mounts and have nothing but good things to say about them..

I didn't realize the two "Spicers" were different, but the ones I have are the Hardy/Spicer brand. However, they are without zerks for those still interested... TSI has both versions. Jay '73 TR6
