Blake,

Great idea. Just so that you know, the North American Spitfire Squadron has
had a Mobile Army of Spitfire Helpers (MASH) program in place for 2 years.
It has grown to a network of 80 volunteers (both NASS Members or not) across
North America that are available to lend assistance from a "Sympathetic Ear"
to virtually an engine overhaul if anyone is in need of it while on the road.

We would be more than willing to expand our listings to anyone willing to
join in. Maybe a joint venture is a possibility.

Our MASH Booklet is a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" booklet that fits well in a parcel
tray or glove box.

Blake, let's talk. We are about to go to press with the 2005 issue. If
there is interest from VTR and it's members, I could talk to the board about
an
extension. However, we are approaching the driving season and need to get it
to the members soon. I would be more than happy to forward a previous issue
to you if you would like to see it. Having it in the car is more important
than having it on a web site.
