I don't think Mark was referring to _you_ as a "thievin scum bag".  That
was the spammers.
I still feel a searchable archive is a very important thing for the
Triumphs list, and I don't feel that a increase in spam is likely.
To me, a searchable archive is a long way toward an FAQ (or substitute
for one).
I had noticed several months ago that triumphs@autox.team.net had some
search capabilities on http://www.egroups.com, as did another
car-related list I am subscribed to.  I had assumed, perhaps
incorrectly, that egroups had MJB's permission.
Still hoping for increased archiving...
